This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver Level 1 and 2 technical support and administration for various client environments.
• Execute troubleshooting tasks, diagnose issues, resolve problems, or escalate to specialist teams as necessary.
• Conduct periodic onsite visits to client locations.
• Offer recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Maintain precise records and ensure documentation remains current.
• Occasionally assist with senior project tasks.
• Previous experience in an MSP environment - familiarity with Windows, AD, O365, Azure, Outlook/Exchange, HyperV, Intune, Backup & DR, Networking (not all required - training will be provided!).
• Experience utilizing ticketing and monitoring tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A friendly, positive, and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to effectively multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Team-oriented individual - willing to contribute in any capacity necessary to achieve team goals.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to change.
• Familiarity with help desk software, databases, and remote control applications.
• Networking experience is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting abilities and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in English.
