This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of onboarding and offboarding processes: Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding tasks, which include account provisioning, access management, hardware deployment, recovery, and updating documentation.
• Oversee the hardware lifecycle: Monitor, maintain, deploy, recover, and replace company hardware while ensuring that asset records are precise and current.
• Provide Tier 1 IT support: Act as the initial point of contact for IT support inquiries, resolving user issues across devices, applications, accounts, and collaboration tools. Escalate complicated issues to senior IT personnel when necessary.
• Manage documentation: Create, sustain, and enhance IT how-to guides, knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and internal support documents.
• Conduct application access and activity audits: Assist with regular evaluations of user access, application usage, and access recertification efforts to uphold security and compliance standards.
• Support the legal hold process: Serve as a liaison for legal hold procedures, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that devices, accounts, and data are preserved according to company protocols.
• Handle expense and procurement management: Process and reconcile IT-related receipts and purchases through Brex, while keeping accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with Jira administration: Support Jira configuration changes, user requests, workflow updates, and ongoing platform maintenance tasks.
• Facilitate IT communications: Prepare and distribute communications to end-users regarding IT changes, outages, maintenance activities, new tools, and updates to processes.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support, help desk, IT operations, or systems administration role.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, SaaS applications, user accounts, and common workplace technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and adhere to established processes.
• Availability to work standard Eastern Time (EST/ET) business hours and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
