This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver professional end-user assistance through phone, email, or web submissions.
• Implement restorative or maintenance actions to address end-user issues.
• Address end-user challenges in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor incidents and calls, which includes timely and accurate data entry into the database.
• May be tasked with ensuring proper configuration of systems.
• Dependable Internet connection.
• Ability to successfully clear a background check.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Strong foundation in Personal Computer usage.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of desktop productivity software.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Punctuality and schedule adherence are mandatory for this role.
• Familiarity with Ticketing Systems, VPNs, Virtual environments, and Active Directory is a plus.
• May necessitate additional training specific to projects.
• Eligible for Health Benefit Coverage after 60 days of employment.
