This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the primary contact for diverse target groups across a variety of IT topics.
• Receive, process, and resolve incoming support requests and tickets efficiently.
• Classify and prioritize support requests to ensure effective management.
• Guarantee the prompt restoration of PC workstation functionality in case of issues.
• Offer knowledgeable support and guidance to users regarding IT-related inquiries and challenges.
• Conduct troubleshooting and systematic error analysis.
• Thoroughly document all actions taken and support activities performed.
• Successfully completed training in IT specialist fields (Fachinformatik) or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong and comprehensive IT expertise.
• Solid knowledge of both hardware and software.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented with a high degree of personal accountability.
• Quick to grasp new concepts, with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate.
• Very good proficiency in the German language, both written and spoken.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., OTOBO).
