This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for various user groups regarding a wide array of IT topics.
• Receive, process, and resolve incoming support requests and tickets efficiently.
• Classify and prioritize support requests to ensure effective handling.
• Guarantee the swift restoration of PC workstation functionality.
• Offer knowledgeable support and guidance to users on IT-related inquiries and challenges.
• Conduct troubleshooting and systematic fault analysis.
• Meticulously document all actions taken and support activities.
• Extensive and comprehensive IT knowledge.
• Proficient in both hardware and software skills.
• Independent, organized, and solution-focused working approach.
• Quick learning capability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Very good proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., OTOBO or Matrix42).
• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification.
