This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assisting our clients with inquiries related to the IT systems we manage.
• Diagnosing and addressing hardware and software problems (1st & 2nd level support).
• Recording solutions and common requests in the ticketing system.
• Aiding in the installation and upkeep of workstations (e.g., PCs, printers, networks).
• Working collaboratively with skilled colleagues from systems and project teams.
• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience in IT support with a solid technical understanding of Windows systems, networks, and standard hardware and software.
• Preferred: experience in project-related tasks and in an IT service provider/system house environment.
• Service-oriented, a team player, and capable of working independently in a structured and proactive manner.
• Valid driver's license class B (car).
• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.
