This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide assistance to our customers with inquiries related to the IT systems we manage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues (1st & 2nd level support).
• Record solutions and common questions in the ticketing system.
• Help with the installation and upkeep of workstations (e.g., PCs, printers, networks).
• Work alongside experienced colleagues from the systems and project teams.
• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of IT support and technical knowledge of Windows systems, networks, and typical hardware and software.
• Preferred: experience in project work and in a systems integration/managed service provider setting.
• Service-oriented, collaborative team player with an independent, organized, and proactive work style.
• Valid driving license (Class B).
• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.
