This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Support Technicians are responsible for delivering front-line technical assistance to end users, troubleshooting server and network systems, and going on-site to resolve issues for clients.
• This role involves repairing software or peripheral equipment configurations in accordance with design or installation specifications.
• Support Technicians will escalate complex issues to senior staff members for further resolution.
• Interaction with users, including C-Level or Executive client contacts, is a key aspect of this position, thus requiring professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Occasional training sessions for end users and new team members will be part of the responsibilities.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and planning abilities are essential to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.
• Support Technicians function both collaboratively within a team and independently, serving as advanced problem solvers with innovative solutions aimed at long-term stability.
• Attention to detail is crucial to ensure ticket resolutions align with company standards.
• A strong willingness to learn and the capacity to acquire new skills and information are vital for success in this role.
• Deliver friendly and positive client support both over the phone and in person, showcasing a personal touch and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments using Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain an extraordinary focus on customer service.
• Demonstrate a strong capability to solve problems efficiently.
• Ability to engage in various situations, such as customer service, orientations, training, and networking.
• All candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check, with additional checks required for positions involving access to sensitive information or secure facilities.
• Applicants must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) fingerprint-based background check and retain CJIS eligibility.
• While not mandatory, the following skills/competencies are advantageous: experience with Managed Services Providers (MSP), a background in the customer service sector, and relevant certifications from CompTIA or Microsoft.
