This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver remote IT assistance through phone, chat, and a ticketing system, effectively addressing incidents and service requests within established SLAs.
• Manage standard tickets independently while working in conjunction with global IT teams on complex or high-priority issues.
• Oversee Active Directory administration (including user accounts, computers, security groups, email groups, and network access).
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows OS (Windows 10/7), Office 365, mobile device configurations, hardware, peripherals, and wireless connectivity.
• Address printer-related concerns and end-user equipment challenges (including label, laser, inkjet, and follow-me solutions).
• Record processes, refresh knowledge base articles, and engage in initiatives aimed at continuous service improvement.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 1 year in a Service Desk or customer-oriented IT support role.
• Proficient troubleshooting abilities in hardware, software, and network settings.
• Previous experience in multinational corporations adhering to centralized governance frameworks is preferred.
• Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL v4, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft certifications are beneficial.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
