This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Offer technical assistance and support concerning computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Address user inquiries, identify issues, and apply solutions promptly.
• Maintain and enhance IT documentation while contributing to the overall efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and sustain operating systems and software applications.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support to end-users.
• Oversee user accounts and access permissions.
• Record support activities and solutions within a ticketing system.
• Assist with network maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
• Educate users on the utilization of software and hardware.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment.
• Adhere to established IT procedures and security protocols.
• Engage in IT projects as required.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering IT support.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting and fundamental network concepts.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
