This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees
• Managing user access and permissions, primarily through JumpCloud
• Assisting user environments, including both macOS and Windows systems
• Diagnosing IT-related issues and delivering end-user support
• Overseeing the inventory of hardware and software assets
• Managing internal tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
• Developing and updating IT documentation and runbooks
• Collaborating with vendors for hardware procurement and support
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards by implementing access controls and security measures
• Performing regular access reviews and providing audit support
• Assisting in the monitoring and resolution of IT security alerts
• Implementing endpoint security policies throughout the organization
• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Experience in managing macOS and Windows environments
• Experience with directory services (JumpCloud, Active Directory, Okta, or similar)
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in both English and Spanish
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar security frameworks
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Proven experience in a remote-first working environment
