• Deliver prompt remote IT assistance to employees throughout the organization.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Remotely access users' computers to efficiently diagnose and fix issues.
• Manage and resolve support tickets to completion, escalating when necessary.
• Create and deactivate user accounts across various systems.
• Facilitate employee onboarding by establishing accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Assist with employee offboarding by quickly revoking access and securing accounts.
• Administer and support essential systems such as Google Workspace, RingCentral, HubSpot, BambooHR, etc.
• Oversee the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of Okta as the firm's identity provider.
• Record common issues, solutions, and IT processes.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations roles.
• Practical experience assisting remote users using remote desktop tools.
• Familiarity with administering Google Workspace, including user management, groups, and permissions.
• Proven experience in setting up, configuring, and managing Okta, including SAML SSO integrations (required).
• Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS platforms and business systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong, professional communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting.
