This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Conducting investigations and resolving issues related to applications, feature requests, and bug fixes.
• Delivering first-level technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for both hardware and software.
• Offering user assistance for client-specific mobile/web applications as needed.
• Diagnosing and addressing issues related to mobile devices.
• Updating and creating documentation for the knowledge base and work instructions.
• Escalating trouble tickets to the appropriate Tier 3 support team.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in application development support.
• A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android).
• Experience in Mobile Device Management and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with the Application Development Lifecycle is advantageous.
• Employees have the option to work remotely.
