• As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our IT systems while supporting the security framework of a growing fintech company. You will report directly to the Director of Infrastructure and collaborate closely with our Security and DevOps teams. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for technology.
• **Your Responsibilities**
• - IT Support & Administration
• - Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• - Managing user access and permissions, primarily through JumpCloud
• - Supporting user environments, including macOS and Windows systems
• - Troubleshooting IT-related issues and delivering end-user support
• - Managing the inventory of hardware and software assets
• - Administering internal tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
• - Creating and maintaining IT documentation and runbooks
• - Coordinating with vendors for hardware procurement and support
• - Security and Compliance
• - Supporting compliance with ISO 27001 standards by implementing access controls and security measures
• - Conducting regular access reviews and providing audit support
• - Assisting in monitoring and resolving IT security alerts
• - Enforcing endpoint security policies throughout the organization
• **Who You Are**
• - 2-4 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• - Proficient in administering macOS and Windows environments
• - Familiarity with directory services (JumpCloud, Active Directory, Okta, or similar)
• - Basic understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS
• - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• - Proficient in both English and Spanish
• **Preferred Qualifications**
• - Knowledge of ISO 27001 or similar security frameworks
• - Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
• - Background in a remote-first work environment
