This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.
• Deliver remote IT assistance to clients across diverse industries.
• Address and resolve support requests efficiently through email, chat, and SMS.
• Diagnose and rectify issues in Office 365, Windows, and Windows Server settings.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to ascertain their requirements and resolve issues.
• Refer complex technical challenges to senior engineers or relevant teams as necessary.
• Keep precise records of all support actions within the ticketing system.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated experience in IT support or a comparable position.
• In-depth understanding of Office 365, Windows operating systems, and Windows Server environments.
• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Exceptional English communication abilities, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
• Strong customer service aptitude with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
