This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage and prioritize both internal and external support inquiries
• Evaluate and analyze incidents effectively
• Engage with stakeholders and collaborate with development teams
• Develop and update user manuals
• Recognize patterns in recurring incidents
• Suggest proactive enhancements
• Several years of experience in IT support or technical customer service
• Systematic approach to incident analysis
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with SQL and server logs is a plus
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level)
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
