This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Enroll and manage all company devices within Apple Business Manager.
• Provision and set up macOS and Windows endpoints for all team members.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues across both Apple and Microsoft platforms.
• Link the device management framework to Google Workspace and additional systems.
• Implement technical onboarding processes, including account creation, tool access, and device provisioning.
• Oversee offboarding procedures, such as device retrieval, account deactivation, and access removal.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for onboarding and offboarding.
• Take charge of enhancing the onboarding operations from existing processes.
• Assist in the deployment and monitoring of endpoint security tools.
• Uphold and enforce security policies and best practices.
• Aid in access reviews, security audits, and compliance system management.
• Develop automation for recurring IT workflows in collaboration with operations.
• Ensure seamless integration and communication among internal tools and platforms.
• Act as the primary internal escalation point before seeking external IT support.
• Address reactive hardware and software support requests from the team.
• Must-Haves (Required)
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or comparable technical roles.
• Practical experience with identity and device management in both Apple and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Strong proficiency in macOS.
• Knowledge of Apple device management integration with SaaS environments (Google Workspace).
• Capability to work independently as the sole internal IT resource.
• Availability to work U.S. hours.
• Excellent documentation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical audiences.
• Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
• Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, and Kandji.
• Experience with SaaS administration tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Auth0, and 1Password.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar standards.
• Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments.
• Basic scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation purposes.
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA Security+, Apple Certified Support Professional, or Microsoft equivalents.
• Understanding of zero-trust security principles.
