This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Primary support line for clients and users
• Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction with the products, services, and features offered by our tool
• Full accountability for reported issues
• Diagnosis and resolution of problems reported by users
• Collaboration with technical teams to address reported issues
• Development and updating of the knowledge base within the global IT Support department
• Testing of new functionalities
• Participation in additional projects aligned with strengths and skill sets
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector
• Excellent command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Proficiency in a second foreign language (Spanish, Italian, French, or German) is preferred
• Strong understanding of the Base product
• Attention to detail and precision
• Eagerness to continuously expand knowledge
• Highly developed communication skills (both internally and externally)
• Excellent organization of work in a remote model
• Analytical skills
• Ability to learn and acquire new digital skills easily
