This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Close collaboration with the client in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
• Development of knowledge articles and FAQs
• Knowledge sharing with the team
• Adherence to quality standards
• Assistance with team and project management
• Management of calls and tickets utilizing common ticketing systems
• Offering qualified support and guidance to end users
• Conducting remote troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Assigning and installing software through remote access
• Helping users with the configuration of PCs and mobile devices
• User management for various applications
• Qualified IT specialist, IT systems electronics technician, or equivalent qualification/professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and the creation of knowledge documentation
• Proficiency in using and managing Microsoft environments (Windows, Office, Active Directory)
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Capability to explain technical subjects in a clear and understandable manner
