This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Providing IT assistance to client administrators and end-users, with a focus on supporting phone services and implementing configuration changes.
• Communication may occur via phone, email, or chat.
• Working in collaboration with team members to ensure customer satisfaction both before and after the sales process.
• Managing ticket requests efficiently.
• Must possess a recent university diploma or be a student graduating within the next 12 months.
• Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written) are essential.
• Self-managed, proactive, organized, and technically inquisitive.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and technical leadership qualities are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and global team environment.
• A passion for learning and a desire to assist others is crucial.
• Net monthly salary (Scholarship) of 8,000 MXN.
