This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of daily hands-on IT support, manage tickets, perform technical troubleshooting, and oversee strategic projects.
• Analyze intricate or unfamiliar problems, pinpoint root causes, and decide on the optimal course of action.
• Prioritize tasks and share relevant context with the larger IT team.
• Set up and maintain networks, Google Workspace, device management platforms, and various cloud-based systems across both Mac and Windows environments.
• Enhance onboarding, offboarding, security, and access management processes.
• Oversee hardware procurement, inventory management, shipping, receiving, repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Cultivate relationships with technology vendors.
• Recognize recurring issues and process deficiencies, propose enhancements, and drive projects to completion.
• Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years of IT experience, with a background in end-user support, security, networks, remote environments, and access management.
• Proficient in a SaaS-focused environment utilizing Office 365 or Google Workspace, Slack, MDMs, and other cloud management tools to support over 100 team members.
• Experience in supporting end users in both Mac and Windows settings.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and critical thinking.
• Capability to investigate new issues, identify root causes, and determine the best way forward.
• Strategic thinker able to anticipate challenges and propose improvements.
• Proven track record of ownership and sound judgment.
• Ability to make decisions, communicate risks, and identify when escalation is necessary.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities and swiftly adapting to changing business needs.
• Agile mindset and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States upon hiring in an employer-approved US state.
