This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver first-level technical assistance to end-users concerning hardware, software, and network challenges, effectively diagnosing and resolving issues.

• Forward intricate or unresolved problems to Tier 2 support or other appropriate teams, adhering to established escalation procedures.

• Oversee and manage Microsoft Intune for device administration, security protocols, and application distribution.

• Administer and provide support for Exchange Online, including user management and troubleshooting tasks.

• Conduct fundamental Virtual Machine operations within VMware ESXi virtual environments.

• Possess a general understanding of Windows Server environments and associated services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Services).

• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting purposes.

• Provide support for Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications.

• Document IT procedures and engage in continuous improvement efforts.

• Acquire, configure, and deploy new IT hardware and software, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and security protocols.

• Awareness of AI technologies and their innovations.

• General knowledge of AI technologies applicable to IT operations.

• Ability to recognize AI use cases in the automation of IT support, reporting, and knowledge management.

• Willingness to embrace AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and user experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer, Systems Engineer, or in a comparable role.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, VMware ESXi, and Windows Server environments.

• Basic to moderate understanding of networking concepts.

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.

• Service-oriented attitude along with effective communication skills.
