• We are seeking committed and skilled IT Support professionals.

• In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT-related issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a technical support capacity or a similar role, ideally within an IT setting.

• In-depth understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and various technologies.

• Acquainted with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.

• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capability to perform well under pressure.

• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.

• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
