This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Provide support with IT responsibilities such as user management, password resets, and printer troubleshooting to assist clients in their daily operations.
• Handle incoming helpdesk tickets through voice and chat support, delivering first-level troubleshooting and escalating issues when necessary.
• Use systems like Active Directory and Office 365 to manage user access updates, permissions, and account support.
• Collaborate closely with the FAST Team and technology leadership to enhance skills and progressively take on more technical duties over time.
• IT Knowledge: Proficient in using Microsoft 365, with some IT experience or a relevant certification (such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent).
• Active Directory Knowledge: Familiarity with Active Directory is mandatory.
• Highly Organized: Outstanding organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple support requests.
• Detail-Oriented: Emphasis on accuracy and precision, particularly in user management and troubleshooting activities.
• Tech-Savvy: Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Communicative: Ability to interact clearly and efficiently via phone and chat with internal teams and clients in a positive manner.
