This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in the daily operations of identity and access management by handling user provisioning, access modifications, and deprovisioning tasks in line with established policies and procedures.
• Offer end-user assistance for authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), password resets, and other identity-related concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Oversee IAM incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, escalating complex matters as necessary and keeping accurate records.
• Aid in access reviews, audits, and compliance efforts by verifying user access, upholding role-based access controls, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Work in partnership with IAM, IT, and business teams to enhance processes, maintain documentation, and provide secure and reliable identity and access services.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, IAM operations, service desk, systems administration, or enterprise user access management.
• Familiarity with Okta, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, and identity management concepts such as SSO, MFA, and role-based access control.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve authentication and access issues while adhering to security standards.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the capability to juggle multiple priorities.
