This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Respond to phone inquiries and address issues related to software applications.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance via phone, chat, or email.
• Engage directly with end users and collaborate with colleagues to offer support.
• Take part in an onboarding program to understand IT and reskill as necessary.
• Proficient knowledge of the German language.
• Eagerness to embark on an IT career.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic IT knowledge (Microsoft products, internet, hardware devices, etc.) or a technically inclined mindset (not mandatory).
• No prior professional experience is required.
