This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Deliver technical support to interpreters, addressing day-to-day issues related to internet connectivity, PC or headset configurations, audio challenges, and more.
• Oversee and manage Mattermost channels, ensuring that technical problems are resolved promptly and efficiently.
• Gather and evaluate system check images as part of the onboarding procedure for new employees.
• Conduct maintenance tasks on HLS’ servers to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
• Create email accounts and user profiles for our direct clients within the Boostlingo portal.
• Make certain that our company website is current, operational, and functioning correctly.
• Offer technical support to clients via our HelpDesk line, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• A university or college degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
• Advanced understanding of end-user experience, with the capability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
• Experience in programming, server management, and/or website maintenance. (Preferred technologies include Linux, Ubuntu, Plesk, cPanel, PHP, and MySQL).
• Proficient in Next.js 15, TypeScript, Django Channels, PostgreSQL + Redis.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
