This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support for both hardware and software.

• Oversee and resolve RMA tickets, which includes categorization and follow-up processes.

• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners.

• Monitor and document service movements.

• Ensure that information on internal platforms is current and accurate.

• Assist with general operational tasks as required.

• Proficiency in English.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Highly organized with strong task management skills.
