This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of enterprise SaaS and AI software assets.
• Manage and uphold software licensing across various enterprise platforms and vendors.
• Generate and evaluate license utilization reports from vendor portals and internal systems.
• Reconcile acquired licenses with assigned and utilized licenses.
• Allocate, transfer, and revoke software licenses in accordance with user access needs.
• Keep precise records of software entitlements, usage, and renewals.
• Track software usage trends and offer optimization recommendations.
• Assist in assessing AI software consumption models, usage metrics, and licensing effects.
• Employ Okta, ConductorOne, and similar tools to review and manage software access groups.
• Collaborate closely with Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams regarding software renewals.
• Aid in evaluating vendor proposals, renewal conditions, and pricing frameworks.
• Foster relationships with software vendors and escalate operational issues as needed.
• Create reports and dashboards pertaining to software inventory and savings opportunities.
• Monitor and communicate realized cost savings and optimization efforts.
• Engage in software audits and compliance assessments when necessary.
• Support software consolidation initiatives during acquisitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management, particularly in finance.
• Extensive knowledge of SaaS software licensing models and agreements.
• Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills with a capacity to collaborate effectively across varied teams.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Suite, OKTA, or other relevant tools.
• Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
