This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and resolve all IT-related issues within the office.
• Troubleshoot and address support problems on PC/Mac and iOS devices, including desktop applications.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis and follow-up actions on incidents.
• Proactively oversee and maintain the office IT infrastructure.
• Develop and update support and How-To articles for both teammates and customers.
• Monitor and keep track of all IT assets (hardware and software) to ensure they are current.
• Provide remote and in-person support to customers.
• Ensure all assigned support tickets are actively worked on, updated, and resolved.
• Collaborate with field engineers to assist customers or employees when on-site intervention is necessary.
• Completed professional training or an equivalent qualification in an IT-related discipline.
• A collaborative team player with a strong service-oriented approach.
• Capable of working independently.
• Prior experience in IT Service Desk or IT operations is preferred.
• Ideally knowledgeable in TCP/IP networking and routing, along with end-user desktop support and setup.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in creating both user-facing and technical documentation.
• Fluent in both English and German.
