This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting assistance concerning computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technological tools and products.
• Serve as the first level of technical support.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from employees and clients at their sites.
• Document issues and assist in the creation of a knowledge database.
• Supply hardware migration teams with relevant information, reports, and lists.
• Engage in process improvement activities.
• Consult with IT specialists when the appropriate course of action is uncertain.
• Language proficiency: fluent in **German and English**, with French being a significant advantage.
• Technical skills are beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Ability to work autonomously while also being open to following directions and best practices.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• A team player with a supportive demeanor.
• Candidates must provide a criminal record extract not older than three months.
