
IT Sales and Procurement Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Prepares, evaluates, and processes sales quotations for hardware, software, and services tailored to client requirements and internal pricing standards.
• Works in close collaboration with sales team members to guarantee the prompt and precise delivery of quotes and proposals to clients.
• Assists in the preparation and submission of client proposals, subscription renewals, and updates on pricing.
• Monitors quote-to-order conversion metrics and proactively follows up on outstanding quotes.
• Ensures the accuracy of pricing and product information in internal quoting tools and CRM systems.
• Issues purchase orders (POs) for both internal and external client sales orders, ensuring precision and punctuality.
• Oversees the company’s purchasing card and corporate card programs.
• Maintains and administers the internal product catalog, ensuring accuracy in pricing and SKUs.
• Tracks the progress of hardware and software orders, including shipment and delivery statuses, to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinates the return process of hardware and software as necessary, liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Previous experience in purchasing/procurement, quoting, or sales operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in management, finance, or equivalent experience.
• Medium to advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; Oracle experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience working with customers in a B2B context.
• Capability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong orientation towards customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
