This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and engage potential clients through both inbound and outbound strategies;
• Assess leads and pinpoint business opportunities;
• Conduct sales meetings, whether online or in person;
• Showcase and demonstrate the software through presentations;
• Create commercial proposals and negotiate terms effectively;
• Oversee the sales pipeline and keep the CRM updated;
• Work collaboratively with marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales teams;
• Monitor performance metrics such as pipeline, conversion rates, and average deal size;
• Foster customer relationships and support strategies for upselling and cross-selling;
• Prior experience in B2B sales, particularly in technology, software, or innovation sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and prospecting tools.
• A consultative approach coupled with a results-driven mindset.
• A collaborative attitude and a strong desire to learn continuously.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments.
• A genuine interest in understanding customer needs and delivering substantial value.
