IT Requirements Engineer – Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborating closely with our business stakeholders, you will identify requirements across comprehensive processes and systems, presenting them in a clear and comprehensible manner.

• You will conduct structured interviews, facilitate interdisciplinary workshops, and analyze existing data to gain insights into current processes and derive future target processes.

• Your role involves documenting processes, workflows, and system functionalities to create sustainable knowledge and information that serves as the foundation for decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Acting as a Center of Excellence for your subject matter in the production environment, you will possess a deep understanding of how processes and functionalities are structured, as well as the roles of those involved.

• You will critically assess the current state and position yourself as a bridge between IT and business areas, preparing all requirements for the implementation of key projects and features in an understandable manner, thus enabling effective prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.

• You have substantial professional experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or IT Consultant (m/f/d) within an agile framework.

• You have demonstrated expertise in eliciting and modeling intricate business processes in the production/manufacturing sector and are familiar with the challenges of IT requirements management.

• Your strong analytical skills are complemented by a solution-oriented and implementation-focused approach.

• A willingness to engage with complex IT topics showcases your technical understanding and dedication.

• You view yourself as a crucial driver in the implementation of new processes and features, acting as a catalyst for progress within your areas of responsibility.

• With your proficiency in Confluence, Jira, or similar tools, you contribute to an efficient and organized project environment.

• You are highly self-motivated and approach your work in a structured and goal-oriented manner.

• You possess business-fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
