This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize, manage, and ensure the successful execution of functional testing activities.
• Evaluate functional and design specifications to confirm requirements.
• Detect gaps or ambiguities in requirements before the testing phase.
• Create and implement: Test plans.
• Test cases.
• Test scripts and scenarios.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to guarantee application quality.
• Perform regression testing to ensure system stability following changes.
• Define the testing scope, timelines, and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Delegate and oversee testing responsibilities among team members.
• Facilitate testing for: New implementations.
• Enhancements.
• Production support.
• Ensure all testing activities are thoroughly documented and completed prior to release.
• Identify, document, and monitor defects with clear and detailed reporting.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze test results and produce quality metrics and reports.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.
• Extensive experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Practical expertise in: Test planning and execution.
• Defect tracking and management.
• Regression testing.
• Familiarity with: Manual and automated testing tools.
• QA methodologies and frameworks.
• Ability to: Analyze requirements and identify gaps.
• Generate quality metrics and reports.
• Function effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Develop and uphold a Quality Assurance Plan that aligns with project goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish testing priorities.
• Cover: Functional testing.
• Performance testing.
• Data quality validation.
• Experience in testing Salesforce applications.
• QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB or equivalent).
• Educational background in Computer Information Systems (CIS) or a related field.
