IT Projects Coordinator – Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will coordinate projects for the rollout of software updates and patches in the complex system landscapes of our clients.

• You assess the system environments prior to implementation through analyses based on technical requirements.

• You communicate and align with customers, internal teams, and external service providers.

• You analyze existing IT processes and adapt them based on your experience.

• You define workflows through documentation, training, and requirements management.

• You identify automation opportunities and accompany them until implementation.

• You coordinate activities for the setup and maintenance of systems following ITIL best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have prior experience as an IT specialist or in a comparable role in system setup.

• Due to your training, you possess a solid foundational knowledge of IT and recognize dependencies within an IT infrastructure.

• Reliability and high work quality.

• Motivation, assertiveness, and problem-solving skills.

• Openness to change and a customer-oriented mindset.

• A structured and self-reliant working style, along with a passion for teamwork.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage.
