This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for IT integration during practice acquisitions, overseeing all technical IT aspects of each integration: assessing existing infrastructure, planning migrations, and executing rollouts — including network configuration and transitioning the practice management system (PVS) to Tomedo.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers, telecommunications vendors, and the PVS provider to ensure timely delivery from all parties.
• Create a standardized IT onboarding blueprint that enhances with each integration, significantly reducing integration time.
• Act as the central escalation point for IT issues within our practices: resolving challenges that first-level support cannot address — swiftly, practically, and in a practice-friendly manner.
• Manage and evolve our internal IT infrastructure, including hardware management, networks, licenses, and interfaces with external systems.
• Define Service Level Agreements (SLAs), document processes, and work to ensure that IT outages in practices are rare occurrences.
• Lead IT projects from requirements gathering through to go-live: handling new system integrations, establishing interfaces between PVS and the GoMedicus platform, and rolling out new tools.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team: translating operational IT requirements from practices into technical specifications and validating developments.
• Proactively seek out improvement opportunities within the IT landscape and prioritize them in collaboration with Operations and Technology.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management or IT operations, preferably in a multi-site environment such as retail/branch networks, hospital networks, or groups of practices.
• Familiarity with the rollout of practice management systems (Tomedo, CGM, Medatixx or similar) — while you don’t need to be a Tomedo expert, you should be comfortable navigating it.
• A hands-on approach: you take initiative and resolve issues independently rather than waiting for external providers.
• Structured project management skills: proficient in using checklists, timelines, and defining clear responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders — building trust with physicians and medical assistants (MFA) is crucial, beyond just credentials.
• Willingness to travel for regular on-site presence at integration locations (approximately 4–6 days per month).
• Fluent in German; good written and spoken English skills.
• Nice to have: knowledge of network administration (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN), experience with healthcare data protection and Telematics Infrastructure (TI), and familiarity with ITIL.
• Competitive salary, including a fixed and variable component (role-specific).
• Company pension plan with a 20% employer contribution.
• Monthly voucher — freely redeemable.
• Corporate benefits with well-known brands.
