This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the complete delivery of SAP logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) integration projects throughout Brazil and LATAM.
• Direct project planning, execution, governance, and reporting, ensuring alignment with established timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL/4PL) providers to coordinate project activities.
• Conduct assessments of 3PL scope and ensure that business and technical requirements are aligned.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, integrated plans, status reports, and risk registers.
• Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and lead mitigation and resolution efforts.
• Facilitate governance meetings, technical workshops, and sessions for stakeholder alignment.
• Assist in functional specification reviews to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Participate in qualification activities, including reviews, execution, and validation of OQ/PQ specifications.
• Manage testing activities encompassing development, integration, operational qualification (OQ), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Aid in cutover planning and data migration tasks, ensuring deployment readiness.
• Contribute to technical assessments of user requirements and solution design.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, project evaluations, and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Provide hypercare support during the stabilization phase post-go-live, coordinating incident resolution and vendor collaboration.
• Assist with the implementation of warehouse systems (WHS) and the development of SAP logistics solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing SAP implementation or IT transformation projects.
• Demonstrated project management experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain settings.
• Strong comprehension of SAP logistics processes and integrations with third-party logistics (3PL).
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders within global project frameworks.
• Knowledge of project governance, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Background in supporting testing activities, including SIT, UAT, OQ/PQ, and readiness for deployment.
• Understanding of cutover planning, deployment, and data migration processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems (WHS), MES, or related supply chain technologies is a plus.
• Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools like Jira or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage.
• Candidates are required to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months.
