This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Offer support and assistance to users on Windows and MacOS as needed
• Manage, support, and oversee Internal IT infrastructure
• Operate within a Global IT Service Desk framework, documenting all incidents and requests, along with their acknowledgments and resolutions
• Ensure effective handling of all support tickets
• Collaborate closely with other departments to uphold systems uptime
• Proactively monitor and assess the health and availability of systems
• Enhance the internal knowledge base with technical documentation and manuals
• Administer user management for various systems based on predefined profiles
• Assist in the rollout of new applications and services
• Conduct testing and evaluation of new technologies, both hardware and software
• Collaborate with Security teams to assist with IT Systems and User audits
• Relevant experience in a similar position
• Proficient in Windows & MacOS client administration
• Familiarity with Azure AD & Endpoint Manager
• Knowledgeable in systems and networking
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and JAMF is considered an advantage
• Capable of meeting deadlines
• Practical experience in installing IT hardware and software
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in English communication
