This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• The Inventory Manager is tasked with overseeing inventory planning, procurement coordination, inventory control, and asset lifecycle management activities that support BMO and CIBC customer programs.
• Evaluate inventory demand patterns and forecast equipment needs to ensure customer commitments and operational readiness.
• Create inventory strategies and stock management plans to guarantee optimal inventory availability while reducing excess stock.
• Spearhead the creation of business cases to validate inventory purchases and meet operational needs.
• Track inventory levels and movements to uphold inventory accuracy and accessibility.
• Produce inventory reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to aid management in decision-making.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, logistics, procurement, or similar areas.
• Proven experience in managing inventory planning, forecasting, asset lifecycle management, and procurement activities.
• Experience in customer-facing operations or managed services settings.
• Familiarity with inventory control methodologies, stock optimization practices, and inventory reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
