This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Achieves project goals by assessing the requirements and outcomes necessary for the project, while also planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and concluding project tasks.
• Ensures that changes are implemented efficiently and effectively within the organization.
• Leads, directs, coordinates, and provides transparency regarding the organization’s change management initiatives.
• Develops change management strategies and formulates change workstreams that enhance employees’ readiness and acceptance of change.
• Utilizes structured project management methodologies (e.g., PMI) to achieve successful business results through expertly managed projects.
• Creates detailed project plans, deliverables, milestones, goals, and inter/intra-project dependency maps.
• Collaborates with project sponsors and stakeholders to establish suitable resource requirements.
• Gathers and organizes project team members and their assignments, ensuring workloads are balanced.
• Develops thorough communication plans for the project team, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Formulates effective risk management strategies focusing on risk identification and proactive response/mitigation.
• Ensures that issue management is comprehensive, visible, and timely to reduce the impact on the project.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced business degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in an Information Technology setting.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-functional project participation or leading cross-functional organizational projects.
• 2-3 years of experience in organizational change management is preferred.
• Experience in the multi-plant manufacturing industry is preferred.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Change Management professional certification is desired.
• Financial acumen to ensure that organizational change initiatives align with the financial perspective of the desired business outcomes.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or other relevant project management tools is required.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for project management is preferred.
