This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with project financial planning, monitoring, forecasting, variance analysis, and portfolio financial reporting.
• Facilitate resource time tracking processes, utilization reporting, and ensure data accuracy through audits.
• Develop materials for PMO meetings, keep action logs, and aid in portfolio governance activities.
• Review project artifacts and data for PMO compliance and assist in audit readiness initiatives.
• Enhance and maintain PMO templates, tools, and standards.
• Act as the PMO Smartsheet Administrator, providing support for project setup, templates, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, or financial analysis roles.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong capabilities in accounting and financial management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Experience in supporting a PMO or portfolio management function.
• Background in regulated environments.
• Experience as a Smartsheet user or administrator.
