IT Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive coordination of all IT-related projects or programs within a designated department or linked initiatives under the Office of Enterprise Information Technology Security.

• Deliver a high-level program overview that emphasizes the status of each initiative.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of multiple projects.

• Collaborate with sponsors, project managers, and various teams across the organization.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and intermediary between technical resources and faculty during the planning, development, and launch of new initiatives.

• Adhere to the EPMO framework and ensure all required documentation is in place for every project.

• May engage in drafting and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other contracts with external vendors.

• Compile weekly status reports and other necessary documents or presentations for Executive or Leadership review.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline.

• Seven years of experience in managing IT projects and portfolios, particularly those involving complex system integrations.

• PMP Certification is mandatory.

• Must possess technical experience in supporting various in-house and vendor applications.

• Experience in a Higher Education IT Department and/or Healthcare setting is preferred.
