This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the execution of intricate technology programs involving data, applications, integrations, security, and AI-driven solutions, ensuring timely completion, adherence to scope, and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource distributions, budgets, risks, dependencies, and significant milestones across various simultaneous initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and proactively oversee interdependencies among engineering, data, product, security, architecture, and business areas.
• Lead project intake, prioritization, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure processes throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Enhance stakeholder engagement and facilitate executive decision-making through effective communication, status updates, and risk management.
• Establish and track program success indicators, business outcomes, adoption metrics, and return on investment.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate delivery risks associated with data quality, system integrations, security, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, governance, and healthcare regulatory standards, including HIPAA and PHI requirements.
• Conduct solution reviews, trade-off discussions, and go/no-go assessments to ensure successful deployments and releases.
• Maintain project and governance documentation, encompassing requirements, testing, validation, support, and implementation materials.
• Assist in the ongoing development and enhancement of project governance frameworks, AI delivery standards, and best practices to foster consistency, compliance, and scalability across the organization.
• Align project priorities, resource management, and delivery activities with organizational strategies while ensuring disciplined execution and proactive risk and issue management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.
• At least five (5) years of experience leading AI/ML, advanced analytics, digital transformation, or complex enterprise technology initiatives, with proven involvement in AI-enabled solutions and technologies.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or knowledge of healthcare domains.
• Proven track record in delivering technology initiatives within regulated healthcare settings, with a strong grasp of HIPAA and PHI compliance requirements.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to facilitate the delivery, implementation, or operationalization of AI/ML solutions, including an understanding of the AI lifecycle from development and validation to deployment and monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering digital healthcare solutions aimed at external users.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives involving authentication and identity management solutions (SSO, IAM), data models and architecture, API-driven integrations and services, and AI-enabled, data-driven business solutions.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives involving data, applications, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
• Experience in managing security, compliance, and data governance issues within AI and digital initiatives.
• Proven capability to manage multiple concurrent, high-impact initiatives characterized by complex interdependencies and competing priorities.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and AI concepts into clear business value.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and alignment across both business and technology organizations.
• Comprehensive understanding of project and program management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong knowledge of architecture principles, system integrations, data models, APIs, and identity/authentication concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and similar platforms.
• If not already certified, the candidate must be able to obtain a recognized project management certification within one year of hire.
