• Act as the product owner for IT services that support Talent Acquisition, internal staffing/resource management, and contingent labor processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend priorities, convert needs into a well-defined product roadmap, and promote the adoption of system and process enhancements.
• Lead the cross-functional delivery of enhancements, collaborating closely with technical, reporting, integration, and security teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Manage ongoing optimization and issue resolution, guaranteeing prompt and effective responses to system inquiries and defects.
• Assess Workday's weekly and bi-annual releases to identify new features and improvements that enhance recruiting, workforce, and talent operations.
• Utilize the Workday Community to research solutions, propose ideas, and influence product direction.
• Advocate for continuous improvement to ensure Huron’s talent and workforce systems align with business needs and adhere to industry best practices.
• Over 5 years of experience collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver product, system, or process solutions.
• Strong expertise in supporting or advising on Recruiting, staffing/resource management, and/or contingent labor-related processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups and teams.
• Practical experience with business process mapping, including documenting current-state and future-state workflows.
• Proven capability to lead requirements gathering efforts, such as stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
• Experience in translating current-state and future-state workflows into system and product requirements.
• Established ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and experience working directly with stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
