IT Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Identify and promote the reasons behind, the specifics of, and the methods for software products

• Ensure that valuable solutions are delivered to customers, users, and stakeholders

• Accountable for the product vision, roadmap, and feature offerings

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of business needs, challenges, and opportunities

• Contribute to product strategy by utilizing customer usage data, industry knowledge, and competitive analysis

• Actively promote and advocate for the product vision

• Lead and engage in user research and testing initiatives

• Collaborate with design teams to produce wireframes and initial prototypes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Over 6 years of experience in IT and Product management

• Demonstrated leadership skills to enhance team productivity and collaboration

• Capability to excel in a motivated, passionate, creative, and collaborative setting

• Experience in the Solar industry preferred, but not mandatory
