IT Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• The main objective is to analyze performance trends (both qualitative and quantitative data) associated with IT operations and Discovery processes, while suggesting creative solutions and continuous enhancements to IT leadership and business stakeholders.

• Collaborate in establishing the Discovery product strategy and manage its tactical implementation.

• Coordinate responses to stakeholder inquiries related to Discovery outcomes (NIS / GHS / NGC / TechOps).

• Take charge of the assessment and ongoing enhancement of:

• - Discovery schedules

• - Integrations

• - Plugins

• - Updates

• Serve as a strategic partner to IT and business divisions.

• Evaluate operational data to pinpoint improvement opportunities.

• Recommend innovative solutions and services to enhance operations.

• Demonstrated experience as a technical lead or manager in:

• - Managing global environments for:

• - Service Management

• - Asset Management

• - Configuration Management (CMDB)

• Management and advancement of:

• - CMDB

• - Discovery

• - Integration Reconciliation Engine (IRE)

• - IntegrationHub

• - Service Graph

• - IT Asset Management

• - Data Certification

• - Core ServiceNow functionalities (scripts, business rules, UI actions, scheduled jobs)

• Management of data certification and timelines across multiple stakeholders.

• Implementation of CSDM v3 (Common Service Data Model).

• Process automation in:

• - Security Operations

• - ITSM

• - ITBM

• - GRC

• Deployment of process automation and digital transformation on ServiceNow.

• Definition and development of:

• - Configuration Management plans

• - Procedures and standards

• Executive communication including:

• - Presentations

• - Technical documentation

• Preferred certifications include:

• - CSA (Certified System Administrator)

• - CAD (Certified Application Developer)

• - CIS – Event Management / ITSM / Discovery

• - CAS – Performance Analytics

• - ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
