IT Operations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Provide support for internal IT infrastructure as a Level 3 engineer.

• Conduct investigation, resolution, and documentation of incidents.

• Implement new corporate cloud services and maintain existing ones (payments, policy management, data backup, etc.).

• Set up new corporate on-premises services and maintain existing ones (backup, services, monitoring, logging, metrics, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Linux-based operating systems (our environment uses Ubuntu Server).

• Experience in deploying and managing web services (proxying, ensuring high availability, etc.).

• Familiarity with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

• Proficient in web servers (Apache/Nginx).

• Experience with Docker technology.

• Understanding of cloud workspaces (policies, API, SAML, SCIM, etc.).

• Background with cloud workspaces like Google Workspace, Yandex 360, etc. (federations, SSO, policy and object management).

• Proficient in English at a B1 level or higher.

• **Experience in the following will be advantageous:**

• Knowledge of Python/Bash.

• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Selectel, Yandex.Cloud, etc.).

• Basic understanding of computer networking technologies.
