This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in managing daily IT operations encompassing systems, users, and infrastructure.
• Administer and provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Oversee user accounts, permissions, and security protocols via Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Monitor and maintain Windows Servers, whether on-premise or in the cloud.
• Aid in backups, patch management, updates, and overall system performance.
• Supervise and sustain LAN/WAN networks, routers, firewalls, and switches.
• Deliver Level 1–2 support for hardware, software, and access-related issues.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup, email configuration, and system access.
• Keep IT documentation, user manuals, and support procedures up to date.
• 3–5+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory / Azure AD.
• Proven experience in network troubleshooting involving routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Capability to independently diagnose and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical users.
