IT Manager – Implementation Lead – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment of time management solutions within a cloud-based environment

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to collect requirements and outline solutions

• Assist program leads in managing the lifecycle of the solution

• Collaborate closely with: Solution Architects

• Business Analysts

• Technical and development teams

• Service operations

• Ensure compliance with global IT processes and governance standards

• Manage the budget and confirm that deliverables align with established objectives

• Propel digital transformation and change management initiatives

• Align business requirements with IT projects

• Partner with and influence stakeholders to fulfill business needs

• Track and communicate performance metrics (SLAs)

• Identify and assess performance discrepancies and suggest enhancements

• Encourage continuous improvement of processes, services, and user experiences

• Maintain a high level of satisfaction among users and internal stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in leading IT transformation initiatives

• Proficiency in: Systems implementation

• IT operations

• IT governance and policy development

• Experience in: Stakeholder management

• Budget oversight

• Managing projects in global settings

• Knowledge of: Enterprise Architecture

• PMO

• Portfolio and investment management

• Experience in defining and overseeing SLAs

• Familiarity with information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001)

• Capability to align IT strategies with business goals
